PCS doesn’t just represent food businesses; we also own a small portfolio of brands. In some cases, we’ve seen a gap in the market and developed a solution in response. In others, a food maker with a great product, for one reason or another, wasn’t willing or able to scale, and we negotiated a buy-out of the brand. With the resources in place to build and scale brands, this is a great way for us to keep our finger on the pulse of food entrepreneurship and the challenges we all face, while also leveraging some shared resources – like our warehouse and fulfillment operation – to our clients’ advantage.
